NOT INCLUDED
Because of the huge amount of possibilities for outdoor adventures in Slovenia, it is a tough task to do them all on a short break in the country.
To make it easier, we have compiled the best adrenaline-pumping activities set in stunning locations into 4 days of incredible fun. You’ll do and see everything that an adventure enthusiast should when visiting Slovenia.
Most of the holiday will take place in northwestern Slovenia, where the mountain range of the Julian Alps lies. We are confident this is where the best adventures usually take place — below the jagged peaks and in the heart of lush valleys.
You'll spend the first two days at the Alpine jewel Lake Bled, where you will explore the doorstep of the Triglav National Park while paddleboarding, hiking, canyoning, and kayaking. The last half of this holiday break happens in the adventure capital Bovec, where you will explore the pristine Soča Valley on a raft and down a zipline.
