JB Restaurant is a Bratovž family-run marvel. It all started off in 1992 when Janez Bratovž, applied his priceless experience abroad to Slovenian cookery. JB is the first Slovenian restaurant to make it onto the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Top chef JB is aided by his right-hand-man in the kitchen, his son Tomaž, daughter Nina, an Advanced Sommelier, and his wife Ema, who is basically the restaurant’s manager.
