On site, they offer tours of their fish farms, with tastings or culinary workshops, where you can learn how to really recognize fresh fish, about preparation of different dishes and taste the delicious fresh branzino.
The fish farm is basically a refuge for numerous fish and other marine organisms. The farm therefore performs a similar function in the sea to other artificial reefs or shipwrecks, which very quickly become the centres of new life. We highly recommend witnessing this phenomenon in person. Amazing!
