The Lisjak Vintage Gourmet Tour will take you to the most scenic points of Istria to taste true local delicacies in style. The tour starts at an agreed location. You get picked up by an old-timer car and off you go. Driving through the most stunning locations of the Slovenian coast, you get introduced to everything local.

You stop off at a sightseeing spot and have a chat with a glass of sparkling wine. Then you continue your journey to the Lisjak Olive Oil Estate, where you learn all about olives and the sophisticated expertise they comprise. Several types of typical Istrian cold-cuts are followed by authentic, exclusively prepared soup and Istrian fusi (pasta) with truffles. All traditional recipes, all incredibly scrumptious.
